The dollar figure you posted includes all of the expense.
Again, you can't buy hospitals and obtain licencing if you are broke.
I think Q3 is where we find out if RNVA is going to make it or not. I believe they are.
Sadly, I do think trips 9 is possible, and is where I intend to buy in heavily. I hope it runs today and I'm wrong.
Bottom line, don't put a fork in them just yet...
