You would not buy because of the spin off, you’d buy RBIZ because of their contracts/products. The real estate business they are spinning off was NOT a money maker for the company. I believe you get 1 share of the new company for 900 shares of RBIZ. I suppose those shares could be worth something someday, but that is not why you want to buy RBIZ ( and you should want to buy it IMO).
