#34703 RE: Opti Mist #34702

the hold up for 2 years has been the financials and auditing-so i take it that the auditors haven't finished their work yet -that they have further questions?
once auditors are done it should be comparatively easy sailing

Tried to contact NEWC through their website asking why the ticker was still suspended and got the following response:

"The stock is not suspended it's revoked, therefore we need to re-register the shares. We've been working on registration statement for several months with qualified SEC law firm, but they can't file until our audits are complete.

Auditors and accountants are reconciling, my accountant just sent me an email stating he'll have the reconciliation over to auditor by tomorrow afternoon. After those numbers match all else should flow smoothly. We may be off a little on June 15, but I'm pushing them as best I can.

In the meantime we're waiting for the environmental agency's (CAR) technical evaluation. They told us 3 weeks ago tomorrow that we should have it in a month. They told us there are no issues on the coal side but that they were still evaluating raw building material. Their issue is that one of the pits is too close to the road, I relayed that comment to Diego Caicedo, the engineer that drafted the Environmental Management Plan, he says they're wrong because of the category of road, but he can't address until we get official comments. We're ready for them, fyi, the pits were already redesigned due to previous comments, here are the two pits, https://drive.google.com/open?id=0BxSKP5j2FlseeG91LXY3WllJU28

Our original plan was one pit and re-routing the creek (quebrada), they said we can't, so the above design shows two pits 50 meters from each side of the creek.

As for Sannabis, we're looking to file an S-1 registration statement at some point, my first priority is to file a Form 10 for NCR to make shareholders whole.

Best regards,
John
