It's an assumption that they had any products non-compliant. They get into CA counting on other growers and sellers not being in compliance. They are hoping to buy additional growing capacity at a discount due to the compliance issues OTHER companies will have.

i wouldn't worry much about trtc having none compliant product, just does not seem like a company that would be buying inferior product.
