at this point. the firs 14c announced the same thing but said it would take effect on Jul 15. this one has the date out nearly two weeks to at least Jul 25. i think it was intentional to get the pps up for 20 days to limit the conversion price for future notes. the higher the pps at the time of conversion, the less shares they will have to issue against those conversions.the company probably has a lot of great news to deliver over the next couple of weeks that they know should result in more visibility for the stock and a higher pps.
