Honestly I’m not sure. Hopefully someone in here can clarify a LOI for us but either way it goes, $SPRV has said that they have signed the letter of intent to acquire WebtoDoor and WebtoDoor verified it. This tells me the news is 100% true and both parties are wanting this acquisition. BIG THINGS IN THE FUTURE FOR THIS NEWLY FORMED TEAM ????????
