I don’t think management thought they would lose on the vote to increase authorized. Seems like the history is reverse splits that wipe out shareholders followed by new offerings diluting all over, then rinse and repeat wiping shareholders out.

The expense of having 50 salespeople is ginormous. You can use a rough estimate of $300 to $400k a year all in. That includes cars, insurance, payroll expenses, travel, sales managers ect.

Do the math!

These guys will be back to the well for more money very soon
