I think you may be correct. I have emails from 2012 when I was writing robert corr a founder of apru and he was writing back their were many problems then. That's why I only speculate there may be some shares tied up from Nov 2016 mess in probate. I think a lot of corruption was involved at the time and who knows??? I think it's getting straightened out, but will take time. I beleave, I wouldn't take a $1 a share right now. Apple Rush is still around because of the product. Sure not great management
