It’s been, what, almost 3/4 of a year since the LOI to acquire Fazync, Inc, and roughly 6 months since final negotiations and the 8K was released. Isn’t it common that commercial grade tech must undergo the final test, development and production stages, isn’t that a true statement...so why should we think any different of IHSI/PAS timeline?

Everything is coming together, IMO. ;-)
