L2 has been broken or not working correctly for almost a week straight now. The first thing would be to fix the problem, then refund everyone for the month that they did not provide the service they promised.

Its more than frustrating that this tool we pay a good deal of money for is not working as it should.

Getting close to everyone filing charge backs with their credit card company.

I experience glitches with app on a weekly basis. But it seems past week hasn't seen any fixes. My L2 is ok though. It's the loading of tickers on watch list and stuck quotes
