Understood. I've read the 8k, but that I'm aware of the license hasn't transferred yet. This should be coming any day now if all is still on track. The PUC approved the sale of the company last year, but need to get the license in Zenergy's name.
I think that license changing over has been a big hold up for a couple of things. From a lenders stand point, they're looking at the deal being contractually done, but they're not going to shell out any money until the licensing authority gives the official thumbs up.
Can't see any reason why it doesn't happen and if it weren't for the 4th I'd be looking for it this week. But I'm giving a little extra time, so I'm saying end of next week. Holidays and government employees usually don't lead to massive productivity...More like can I take vacation around the holiday to get more time off without losing a day???
All government employees in present company are excluded, of course:)
