Dr Yost’s FAIMS is like no-other

Electrode is built with a Elliptical surface, “EGG Shape”, Patented and no-other as the rest work off a flat or round surface

Square or Round Electrodes - So some Molecule are lost within the surface

Take a L-Shape Molecule - Against a square surface - Some get lost when against the side

Same with a Curve Molecule against the round surface

Egg Shape reveals more

Then you have the surface of the chip, square but actually it’s about a 1/3rd the size

Kinda look at it this way

Football team? Scoring is what their after, or what your detecting

The chip is like a couple defenders - Easier to get threw and score (False Positive)

Yost FAIMS is like all 11 Dedenders - What then scores is probably correct or less False Positive and that what’s wanted

I’m no Scientist but this is my understanding
