If they stopped enrollment, then the CT would be as good as terminated since the data will not be acceptable for the FDA per SPA agreement.

I’m sure there are milestone triggers for when Stendhal owes ADXS money. How can ADXS simply stop enrolling patients. That would not permit the study to reach the 450 patients that are required under the SPA. Again, this would be an obvious breach of the contract with Stendhal.
