Lets see...doesn't have FDA approval, DECN will get sued for copying someone's technology, or Berman is spinning another story outside of the US to rope in another round of unsuspecting investor's.

How about this now that new "stories" have been introduced? There is no market in the U.S. since the product was never sold in the U.S. by Lifescan. DECN has patent licenses from the first J&J settlement and can be accused of copying technology by a few gadflies on a message board, but not by J&J, and besides the main (technology foundation) patent was terminated by the USPTO in an IPR court process that took 3 years, and went all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court.

But the question was directed to another poster 3 times. I would like to hear from him, with proof behind the allegations.
