We know that you can’t sell a liability but you can sell future revenue. So for our purpose of anylizing the two tax’s the government entity be it revenue Canada or the IRS “ International Revenue Service “ can in fact sell there sales tax position to the public but can’t sell there revenue tax position.

Another property of sales tax is that it is depreciable asset and can be used to offset revenue tax’s owed by a corporation. This depreciation write down does not eleviate the responsibility of the corporation from paying its sales tax collected but it does tie it to future taxable asset value into the future.

Because sales tax is a depreciable asset its counter part or liability tax ie: revenue tax can as discussed be put of paying to its governing institution due to its unique properties of using sales tax’s that has the property that it can be sold by its governing institution to the public.

This action that has been allowed to be put in place and controlled by the governing public institution has opened up a unique opportunity for the public to participate in the owner ship of a unique derivative instrument removing the volitilaty of labor market pricing along with the currency exchanges.
