I KNOW they were having issues with the brokerage application, I didn't realize they were having troubles with the up-list requirements. As a controlled company it should actually be MUCH easier.

But what do I know. So I wonder what he is coming to the U.S. for?

If listing under Nasdaq*, FRHC annual fee could be $155,000 (if I'm reading it correctly).
