nice update. I had scanned it before but did not pay too much attention to detail. CV may have screwed up on this one. Could cost shareholders some equity?
Who knows? Only the corporate lawyers know for sure. Far too much legalese for me to make any determination RE: outcome. I like that they are 'confident' of the outcome...but that doesn't mean much.
Hopefully they put this to bed soon, but probably not.
