Totally 1,245,200 shares were shorted on July 13, 2018 v.s. NSPR had total 579,100 shorted shares on June 29, 2018. In another word NPSR increased the shorting positions by 21.63% or 666,100 shares within just fifteen days!

I'm wondering at what price levels those shorters had shorted the majority of their shares?

The current OS is 21,714,178 shares which is 17.44 Times of the new shorting size!
