$UPZS Thats pure speculation. I challenge you to find the number of employees in OTC Micro cap filings. In fact, another company I know is legit and has NUMEROUS employees is GIG*. Just double checked their recent Q and couldn't find a darn thing about how many employees they have and/or their W-2s ANYWHERE. Therefore and from my perspective, I don't see the relevancy in you questioning whether those persons receive a W-2 or not. Mind elaborating for me?
All persons, including the CEO, under NORMAL circumstances is an employee of a company.
