This is not a pr from INTK. It is straight from Eagle Roofing website. Describing how the INTK products work on the tile. Insulating, mold,mildew proof for their platinum tile.

It should come as no surprise that Industrial Nanotech is silent on the tax liens and judgments from the IRS and the State of Florida. The tax liens are very serious and there is no easy resolution.
Rather than address the real issues, Industrial Nanotech attempts to SKU the conversation with imaginary product placements and hallucinatory accomplishments.
The IRS is a very serious organisation and it is doubtful that Stuart Burchill can tweet his way of this problem. Industrial Nanotech, at last filing, had negative net worth and $275 in the bank so writing a check to cover the tax liens seems out of reach.
Regardless, INTK is a public company and they do have a responsibility to be open about the problems with the IRS and the State of Florida.
As an aside, Eagle Roofing has terminated the relationship with Industrial Nanotech due to a "legal issue." The post from Eagle Roofing presented on this board is from 2015, prior to the "legal issue" and before the relationship was terminated by Eagle Roofing. Like all other legal issues, including pending lawsuits against Industrial Nanotech, the company is completely silent.
