Really? The Georgina property that there is no public proof they own, have a stake in, or anything verifiable, shows that not only did they piss off the entire town, they pissed off the Mayor, the police, the authorities and every other regulatory and governing body. And as per a board poster, they were not given the money that has been claimed by the company has been given.
Now, with no money in the account (since there was nothing in the account as per last filing and now they dont even have a bank account as per the same filing) you think they are going to get an approval to build a shanty that will try to be passed off as a greenhouse with no cash money as per their last filing?
simple question that will never get answered of course. Whose going to pay for this considering they have no money and no approval?
Its been a while now so would assume that the development of the blockchain platform and cryptocurrency that will streamline the supply chain of medicinal / recreational marijuana should almost be done right? Yet there is no money and nothing expensed in development or r&d costs. So where does this initiative stand? Someone just going to hand this to them? Or did it seem like the right thing to say when crypto was hot?

"As of last week, however, there was no trucking activity in or out of the site and the town continues to monitor the situation, development engineering manager Zaidun Alganabi said,"
So much for the many times over preached aggregate business and good luck getting the town to approve even stage 1 of a MJ license which would still be years out even if they got it.
What is a pharmaceutical company that has never sold any pharmaceuticals on even a small scale doing randomly jumping into an aggregate / landfill business anyways? I don't think anyone wants stupid 'GRIN & BAYER it' posts anymore. Especially since there are no pharmaceutical connections and there are no revenues.
I wonder what the conversation would go like when EAPH rolls into the Mayors office after what she has already said about the company and property and she hears, "by the way, can we get your approval to begin the very first stage of the whole lengthy process of applying for a HC license". HC requires that conversation to happen in one way or another before they even look at or think of considering you!
Nothing can even be thought of in any figment of anyone's imagination of anything growing on the property in even a few years time before that starts and I would bet my left nut, that isn't going to happen. More wasted money.
What would truly mean something is if the shareholders knew the relationship between the property owner and the company, if any, how much money was kicked back to the company under the table and who really takes the loss if this whole thing goes to crap, which it very blatantly appears to be whats happening and unfolding in front of everyone's eyes. And to tout a measely $20k in revenues to boot!
Just my opinion of course. lol
Not the first failed deal either by the way. Shareholders are yet to see a successful one come out of this company.
The Company no longer has a bank account. As a result a license fee paid to the Company in the amount of $200,000cdn was deposited into the personal account of a director. These funds are not currently under the control of the Company, are not available to the Company and may be lost to the Company.
