Why .25? I am relatively new to OTC, have seen science behind many plays and PPS calculations...some of which play out relatively close or near, others WAY off. Charts and historical analysis using all-source news and other factors are okay...

News is what drives prices in OTC.

I'm curious why you say .25? I hope you are right. REALLY.
