That 7.5 RS sounds like it was planned when the stock was at 1 cent. That would get the price back to the old highs but those old highs would then be 7.5 times higher, which would be that 50 cent level, you know where the paint sniffers thought it was going last year. It makes no difference how high they want to artificially lift it. If the goal is to issue more stock its going to drift right back down. Remember just because you raise the share price with a RS also lifts all the moving averages which the computers and algos use. So you best have a lot of news and bring in heavy volume to push the price higher because if you fail you wipe out the longs.
That RS might have to be much higher when that 2016 gets retested at .0007 That would put the share price at .005
