Correct - and otcmarkets.com starting to get updated with the new Company Profile.

Already updated to reflect new Corporate HQ address - same as on NV SOS filing Annual List update on June 12, 2018 naming new CEO (John English).

Also expecting update to Verified Company Profile next week showing no change to share structure and confirming no dilution whatsoever in 2017 and 2018 to date.

Now also watching for updated business description at otcmarkets.com in case that gives a clue to whether plan will be expand existing successful brands into FL from TX, a completely new plan or a reverse merger.

Sometimes those updates happen before a PR comes out as a company that is on top of all admin aspects like $DIGX is (eg Verified Company Profile updated monthly, all filings early etc) tends to keep all its ducks in a row before announcements are made.
