I doubt it’s non market maker buying or selling shares sub .25. This stock with volume should run to a dollar plus just haven’t had the news release and volume

Doing the exact same thing. And good point on timing. No stock I have ever bought released news because I wanted them to ??. I’ll sit back and be patient
