They have to be because they stole it for pennies on the dollar,especially if it works as well as many think,and it Could be worth 10 plus billion in the end,and they grabbed it for 50 million. Their website page say`s it all,,they knew all along what it was really worth. So now what should Adxs do,when they know this too? Let Amgn steal again? I don`t think so,and that`s why the hardball stance by Ken has been implemented. Doing a HOT app for Small cell lung,when the first app for NEO dosing is for the same App,is hardball baby. Amgn`s gonna pay for the whole company,or find out that stealing from Adxs is no longer an option,because someone else is gonna license that App for Small cell Lung/HOT,and then Amgn has created a nightmare for themselves,when they had this whole company in the bag for a fair price before that happens. He`s gonna do the same thing for Cervix,and PSA,and then BMY and Merck are gonna have make the same decision,anti up or lose it to a competitor. It`s definitely tough for Ken to make this kind of a turnaround,but IMO,he`s handling it perfectly so far. Give this time to simmer,meaning Amgn,Merck,and BMY,and someones gonna give. The science is good enough for them all to be at Adxs`s table so far,so there`s something they want,and it`s the science.
