Because truthfully that detail only makes retail investors happy and we don’t make the big investments. The institutions get courted and provided a great amount of insight to get them to open their purses.

To pray on all of the excitement from the pumpers and be able to do a nice raise at a decent PPS...that would be my guess.

There should be absolutely NO SURPRISES here as we all knew they need more money. My beef is they have $113M from warrants hanging out there, so elevate PPS and get some of that for Christ sake but NOPE, they dilute some more /offer even more warrants to entice and pretty soon a 1.6B buyout will be in the low 60's (a 10 or 11 bagger) Not horrible but thanks to JH,RR, and a kudos to Mc certainly not ideal !

Well, I'm surprised they actually uplisted to Naz. I really didn't believe they would. I'm happy with that but, a raise right after doesn't look good to me. So far same old thing but on a new exchange. WHEN is McNally going to buy some big shares?? That's when I'll be optimistic if he puts some of his own hard-earned cash which he sould have A LOT of after selling his company. Why not buy ANY titan shares?? and don't tell me because his options-
