best results are during business hours and maybe its just a fluke but the bigger the transfer the faster.. Whatever u decide just do it! we will see a pump with this news but the real monster wave comes after conference committee !

Depending on bank I would probably say do it during hours when you could get help if needed to like when banks are open. Depending on what kind of bank you have. I don't think the transaction itself would matter though.
