i agree, it was an excellent choice for a second location....people with sudden wealth roaming the halls 365 days/year. brings awareness to the closter location as most of bergen county gambles in a.c.
this area is filthy with casino cities... he has nearby poconos pa.. catskills ny ...and foxwoods in conneticut ... no need to go globe-trotting berge just get some nearby casino locations and watch the bucks roll in all year long...takes out some of the seasonality aspect of jewelry sales as peeps with bucks are in casinos 365 days a year

OMG that's an understatement...i have passed the closter location many many times ... it is like mayberry rfd quiet in that town... no foot traffic at all...if he is short $ or inventory for Ocean Resorts Casino location i would shut closter down....his casino square footage looks about the same as closter.

It doesn't matter until it shows on the books. And still then is it going to help shareholders.

yes ...and after the hard rock deal in florida falling through, he really really needs to consummate this deal and open on time, or earlier.
