Large institutions arent going to try to buy this right now in open market 100 shares at a time when its this illiquid. It take too long and has too large of market impact (price impact) I think MAC had to do this offering as quickly as possible once they got on Nasdaq in order to placate these instl investors he has been speaking with at all these event and conferences. ... They can now buy a large allocation on this offering and then we get an institutional base of shareholders along side us for once who will support the stock on downturns and also buy more to help increase ownership I really think this offering will get bought very quickly with a lot of instl demand given TRXC and ISRG price action and growth of robotic market. I feel everyones pain in regard to getting diluted over and over . It sucks . I have been here for a long time as well BUT being on Nasdaq and opens up a whole new window to a new institutional shareholder base......I hope this gets done quickly from a procedural standpoint( Bloom B ) but I know it wont
