Interesting PR. I have to admit I’m very surprised and more so confused. I figured we’d see a PR about something. And then Leo would sneak in the P expected Q3 in the fine print. But why do this? A quick full 2 million at .38 - today’s share price. So that sets a bottom - I get that.
But why the milestones. I feel Leo did it to create PR. Show confidence. And spark further milestone PRs for more exposure as they hit each over the next 2 months.
I do believe they will hit each, but why create a new agreement when cash is avail via old agreement.
I feel ipix is going to use this as a latter. Step up....solid financing to anchor at milestone one. That sets the first step. Hit milestone 2 at higher price...ipix gets more cash higher and that then sets 2nd step...and then hit milestone 3 and again another step up and we get cash at set price....step up.
Interesting news. Let’s get that double digit upfront!!!!!!!!!
