GAHC...0039...Chart...Oversold Pincher...This dip was another reactionary dip and I always buy the reactionary dip...The proposal of a 1 to 7.5 Reverse Split would give GAHC 97,761,934 outstanding shares and in a much better position for shareholders...imo...A Reverse Split at this ratio is not one with malice intent but one to make the company stronger and in my estimation a better trader as well...I have loaded this bottom and have been loading anything under 01...I have owned and traded GAHC from 0007 to 07 and know this ticker well enough to know this is an attempt by management to get over the .10 mark and hold there...
This may not be for everybody so proceed as you see fit but I am a buyer and a heavy buyer on fear...
The Board of Directors recommends a vote: FOR each of the three (3) nominees for director named in the Proxy Statements and FOR the authorization for the 1 for 7.5 reverse split of the outstanding common shares.
