June 28th 8-K: as of June 26, 2018 the Company had 1,370,240,000 shares of common stock issued and outstanding.

June 19th 10-k As of June 18, 2018, the registrant had 1,110,232,133 shares of its Common Stock, $0.01 par value, outstanding.

There was 260 Million shares diluted in 8 days but no way of knowing how many left that i know of for now.
