That's the 50 billion dollar question is whether the underground growers and distributors are going to go legal or just keep up with what they are doing! It is a big issue in Canada right now to try to convert potpreneurs to go legal because there is a thriving business in every province that the police neither have the will or ability to shut down it seems and I suspect the same is true for California. Fact is that a lot of these headshops aren't going to change their ways and there will still be illegal growers just like there are still moonshiners.
Good news though is we are aiming for value added beverages which is a lot more labour intensive and profitable and the homecrowd isn't going to do this in their bathtub. glta and dyodd
