Let's be honest about dates
Yes the FS was issued a year ago BUT, BUT, BUT
The Canadian Goverment regulators demanded a portion of it be revised and reissued which happened in December. And, we have been informed by management that financial institutions need to see the third party review along with the FS. Although Niocorp did hire someone and got them started before the FS was issued, the review was not completed until March 9, 2018. So how long has it been since ALL the ducks needed for financing were aligned in a row? About 3 1/2 months! I certainly agree that it feels like a lot longer, but the review was completed March 9.
