If you bother to read the article attached, you'll see at the end of the article it mentions that Timothy Warbington is the owner of Centerfolds Strip Club. The same Timothy Warbington who is CEO of CELZ. Coincidentially, Centerfolds Strip Club is located at 2031 W. Peoria St. Phoenix, and CELZ Corporate Headquarters are located at 2017 W. Peoria St. Phoenix.
