There is a report of Scorzelli's arrest in 2010 for soliciting sex with a fee but I checked the Massachusetts open court records and could find no evidence of a conviction.
I didn't do a full background check so I have no idea if he has a previous record but I'm not sure it even matters unless he happened to have a prior conviction for a financial crime. Basically the most incriminating thing I could find about Scorzelli was simply the fact that he knew Garry McHenry at least a few years prior to becoming CEO of Digital.
According to the myLife page for Ralph Porretti, he has arrest or criminal records and bankruptcy or lien records. However, I didn't pay for the full background check so I don't know for sure why it says that. Again, unless he has a conviction for a financial crime, I don't know that it matters, especially at the age of 70.
