This was the only mention I could find of a reverse split.

Is a reverse split possible? Of course anything is possible in the OTC.

Bemax has a lot in place for success, and for that reason, bothers alot of people and companies that have dominated the market in the past.

This road will carry some twists and bumps, but I believe we are on the right path and will succeed in the long run.

That is setup as payment for JSJ - the 150 million converted common shares - wouldn't be converted until after a reverse split - so the price increase from the R/S along with the 150 million shares - should be a start in repaying the loans that Bemax defaulted on.
