Interestingly, I strongly suspect that if I had sudden onset of a serious infection that had me hospitalized I might have elevated blood pressure from fear itself. Before any treatment. Something to think about.

Either way, its transitory and short term in Brilacidin's case. My preference would be to get rid of the infection asap.

I think page 18 clears up many questions. For sure lower dosage helped. Events are more fequent with B than D, but perhaps outcome measures where faster and events are only temporary? Personally I do not know much about ABSSSI. Page 19 states B is(as administered in 2b trial) similiar to 7 days of D.
