sorry to say that again, I know you see me as a negative guy, but havent we seen such a mail some years ago after the release of the FS which said more or less, that the want to optimize FS so they take the extra time and money to decrease opex / capex, but finally opex was higher than before?

Do you read posts on this board?? Actualy I don’t think so when I read your comments.

Yoir statements are more looking coming from someone who likes to short a stock.

The explanations given here are correct and informative.

I think walterc clearly stated the reasons why they need to tread lightly on how they characterize the confirmation of how they de water the mine. Just because cautionary language was used doesn't mean they can't or won't be able to implement this new process for de watering. Moving up the timetable for opening of the mine is clearly going to save time which will also translate to saving money. I also happened to check the TSX website a couple days ago because somebody posted that clq's stock price was faltering. On the site they also post company news and I saw that clq also posts updates on their project. The fact that NioCorp posted this update is in keeping with other companies. IMO, all these smaller news items contribute to one big news item down the road, like an updated FS which will re calculate the costs for building the mine so I take this PR as positive news towards the bottom line.
