There will be NO audited financials. An audit will restate and reduce his so called "revenues" by 60-70%. AND the auditors will want to know where are the commission chargebacks on the "revenues" that were never paid. (only old commission salesmen will know about that robbery, dear Stevie!!) After all these are revealed by auditing, this stock will drop like a rock. So, dont plan on any audit and this is the explanation as to why it fell through in January.
