I totally agree wouldn’t want to see any promising drug get derailed I admit I’m not familiar with every detail of this new law I would hope there are provisions to exempt usage under right to try from reflecting negatively on the drug if not I doubt any company would participate. On the flip side positive results is ultimate win win. Another aspect is it seems when someone is stripped of all hope well that’s as bad as it gets so imo any hope any chance no matter how small beats handing someone an expiration date
