Thanks for correcting our new found investor. So far we've received 2.2 million plus whatever fund.com was sold for. Now, as far as I understand they're looking into how many shares Galanis owns. He would forfeit all of his shares to the distribution which would be huge. So for example if out of the 867,000 outstanding shares if Galanis owned say 250,000 shares we would only have to distribute x amount of dollars to approximately 600,000 shares. The figure could be more or less but this would be huge if Galanis owned a good portion of shares.
