Pros

Open and Honest communication between all levels of staff, friendly environment, and hard work is rewarded. Size of organization makes formal advancement limited, but salaries and bonuses are competitive, and benefits are top notch. Employees believe in the mission of the organization, which is a huge plus.

Cons

If you are more comfortable with a large, structured company environment, this employer is not for you.

It's all about who you know in the company. No matter how smart you are your voice will never get heard. It's good old boys club, low pay, no promotion or raise there are no trainings. Lots of upper management, most of managers are veterans and don't care about their staff, they all have their own different processes and standards.”
