Well with the historically high short interest if any decent good news comes out it could be the fuel to start the fire do to speak.

Imo the risk reward seems skewed to upside at least 2-1 if not higher.

If they received another settlement that added $2-3/ share in cash I would not want to be short.

With litigation nothing and I mean nothing is ever as big as you think and settlements seemingly come out of no where.
