Yup, I have had a horrifying few years ever since I was run over by a Truck who ran a stop sign while riding my Harley down a Highway, but I know People who even had worse so you just never know...
I agree...I dated a girl who's mom hung herself in the backyard a year prior and have a friend who's dad killed himself while she was a young girl playing in the next room over.
I watch a bit of reality tv...not Big Brother/Survivor stuff lol, but like My 600 LB Life and Intervention.
One of the most common causes for both massive weight gain and major drug addiction is traumatic events...either PTSD or they were raped/severely bullied/abused/molested/etc. Most of them didn't start overeating or using hard drugs because they liked junk food or their friends were doing drugs and they wanted to fit in. Most are escaping reality and eating/using drugs provided that escape.
Anyway, good job on SPY today! I can't wait until I can get back into the swing of things.
