all I can do is hold at this point. I believe since the outstanding share count was last reported 5/21, an acquisition has to be pending. but also they said in the delayed 10-Q that it wasn’t delayed bc of an acquisition. so I believe they’re covered if they hold out in revealing the deal in the following quarter, when all the stars align...hopefully. I have no choice at this point than to adopt the strategy of hope. we’ll see who’s laughing in the next few months.
