No NDA's covering dilution, ticker change, lawsuits, former CEO pleading guilty to securities fraud, sales force being hired, etc.

And while an NDA may prohibit saying who is the partner, many companies announce sales of a product(s) but don't disclose the partner. It's very common for companies to announce their success without revealing who it is with until a later time.

SRMX does not have NDA's covering their ability to communicate ANYTHING to shareholders.
