Tenseevol...A Death Cross is when a stock's 50 day moving average crosses below the 200 day moving average. It has nothing to do with the stock's future price. It is just a name given to the price of a stock during a certain time period. If you look at stocks that have attained a "death cross" you will find that there is nothing certain about the future price. Some go up and some go down from there.
