When people can understand the language of a scam press release, only then will they be able to identify one.

Always read the safe harbor disclosure and look for sentences including the words identifies as Forward and protected if it doesn't occur.

Read exactly what it says and do not assume nor infer any meaning. For example, the last pr stated the company had to wait until the two companies' audited financials were completed. Never did they say that ICBU nor EXMT were the two companies that were providing audited financials. They inferred that, but actually meant the two inactive companies they bought that had to have audited fins. It was simply a game played by scammers, and is clear as a bell to see if you take the time to look.
